History: Harry grew up in a life of luxury, as the stereotypical spoilt brat of the Kingsley family, yet was sent to public school by his parents so he could keep in touch with ‘the commoners’. Of course being the spoilt brat he was, he was immediately disliked by his class mates and was often bullied, apart from his fellow unpopular kids who befriended him despite his way of looking down on the poorer society. One day he was invited by one of his friends to visit his house, which he did. When arrived at his friends home, it was a mere shanty house, among many others in slums surrounded by poverty. It was such a huge reality check for Harry that he decide for now on he would try his best to make life better for the poor, and enlisted as a Politicalie and trained himself on fencing style swordsmanship, and has given various sum of money to charities. He recently decided to help various powers of authority find ways of ending poverty in Politicalie cities, and recently started his own division.
Personality: occasionally vain and pompous, strong thirst for justice, has a few moments where he shows his upper-class upbringing e.g. reeling back at the sight of dirty drinking water, using spray to cover up the smell of poor people, tries his best to be a gentleman, tries his best to help those in need.
